Driver License services provided by the Osceola County Tax Collector's Office, are only provided in The Main Office, located at 2501 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee. An additional $5.25 service fee is charged for services provided by The Tax Collector's Office. The following is a list of most of the Driver License Services we provide, with a brief description of requirements. Please note, road tests and some suspension clearances, are not handled in our office, you must go to one of the State operated Driver License Offices for those transactions.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET A FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE, OR FLORIDA ID CARD?
Original Operator Driver License - Transfer From Out of State
Two forms of identification, a primary and secondary, as described in information that follows. The names MUST match exactly. i.e. Your out of state driver license and social security card.
Vision test, with or without corrective lenses, to meet acuity of 20/40.
Hearing test.
